 ZATCA Governor extends best wishes to wise leaders on Founding Day

H.E, Governor of The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), Eng. Suhail bin Muhammad Abanmi, in his name and on behalf of ZATCA's employees, extended his best wishes to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, HRH Prince Muhammad bin Salman, on the occasion of the Founding Day on 22th February.

“Celebrating Founding Day affirms the keenness and interest of the Saudi leaders in maintaining the vast history and the deep roots of our blessed country, in light of the fact that this day and the lofty national meanings it bears enhance the spirit of genuine belonging to this country and its wise leadership, its genuine, devoted people, its rich history, and its prestigious position among the nations. It's a symbol of the country's pride in its long and storied past and in the magnificent, distinctive, and deeply embedded civilization from which it emerged," Eng. Abanmi said.

In light of the current period of unprecedented growth and prosperity throughout the Kingdom, he added, “This cherish occasion is a great chance to express our pride of the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a nation, leadership, people and of the pioneering and well-established achievements fulfilled all over our country in the various sectors and fields."

His Excellency stressed that the Founding Day is evidence on the unique progress of Saudi Arabia since humans settled in the Arabian Peninsula, and serves as a reminder of the ties that bind citizens to their leaders from the time of Imam Muhammad bin Saud three centuries ago to the era of peace and prosperity that we now enjoy.

Abanmi continued: “The celebration of the Founding Day this year witnesses the rapid and comprehensive rise of the Kingdom's level in many fields, its progress at steady and confident steps towards development and its adherence to its values and principles derived from our religion."

At the conclusion of his statement, His Excellency prayed to Allah to preserve the honour and reputation of the Kingdom, to keep Saudi Arabia secure from harm, to ensure that His favours of peace and tranquilly would endure, and to guard the nation's shrewd rulers and devoted citizens.​
