ZATCA opens Jeddah ALL-IN-ONE HALL, presents new customer experience

His Excellency the Governor of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) Eng. Suhail bin Mohammed Abanmi, inaugurated today the all-in-one hall in Jeddah Islamic Port (JIP). The new hall aims to provide the entire customs services in the port with ease and flexibility.

Eng. Abanmi confirmed that the Saudi public sectors receive unlimited attention and support from our wise leaders. The Saudi leaders made it a top priority to support the government sector with a firm belief in the importance of developing the government's business ecosystem. The launch of the new all-in-one hall at the JIP reflects such belief and interest in facilitating ZATCA's customs procedures, which would save time and effort.

The new hall is a step by ZATCA to facilitate and hasten customs procedures to improve the customer experience and in the same time support the Authority's objectives to be a global logistics platform.

Eng. Abanmi confirmed that ZATCA seeks through all its branches and customs ports to provide top quality zakat, tax and customs services, in line with the wise leaders' directives to improve the services provided to users in accordance with the Saudi Vision 2030.

The all-in-one hall was designed in accordance with advanced specifications and infrastructure, which streamline operations and contribute to facilitating the customer journey. A prominent feature of the hall is the provision of a single portal for the customs services 24/7.

In line with the project, ZATCA designed an advanced plan to train and qualify the customs employees at JIP to handle all customs procedures efficiently and implement the labor laws and customer service rules. The Authority exerts strenuous efforts to improve clearance operations and provide customs services that meet customer expectations. The all-in-one hall may then be applied in the entire customs ports, which supports the Kingdom's efforts to facilitate cross-border trade.
