ZATCA has announced offering investment opportunities in four custom ports, through executing public open auction. Such auction shall be held in Durrah Port, Halat Ammar Port, Al Haditha Port and Jadidat Arar Land Port.
ZATCA, has declared that the auction will be held in Durrah Port on Tuesday 28th December 2021, for leasing 6 Custom clearance offices, while the auction will be held in Halat Ammar Port on Wednesday 29th December 2021, at 10 am, for leasing commercial sites for several activities such as, barber shop, gas station, catering, cafeteria, mall, restaurant, building and 24 custom clearance offices. The auction in Al Haditha Port shall be held on Tuesday 4th Jan 2022, at 10 am, for renting 75 custom clearance offices. Moreover, the auction in Jadidat Arar Land Port will be held on Sunday 9th Jan 2022, at 10 am, for renting commercial sites for several activities such as gas station, restaurant, fast food restaurant, bank, 17 stores and 15 custom clearance offices.
ZATCA emphasizes the importance of bidders' compliance with the required documents of the offered ads for entering auction.
