The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has announced the inauguration of the fourth edition of capacity building training program in cooperation with Executive Education at Wharton School. Training has begun after completing selection phase of all applicants.
The Authority has announced that the number of trainees in the program's fourth year is 100 of both genders, who were selected according to certain criteria that guarantee that skilled university graduates join the program. The program aims to improve their professional skills through nine training tracks: operations, legal affairs, financial and administrative affairs, analysis and risks, technical systems and digitization, human capital, strategy and development, and institutional communication, as well as the General Secretariat of Zakat, Tax and Customs Committees.
The Capacity Building Program is provided by the ZATCA Academy, which focuses on knowledge and skill development in the field of zakat, tax and customs management and regulation. It provides graduates with the opportunity for professional qualification in a number of training tracks.
The Program provides several training and financial incentives to the trainees, most notably is the monthly salary for each trainee, an annual leave, medical insurance for the trainee and family members, and access to several training programs with the Executive Education at Wharton School, which is one of the top 10 leadership education institutions all over the world.
