​On the sidelines of the visit of His Excellency the President of the Russian Federation to Saudi Arabia, Monday 14 October 2019, General Authority of Zakat and Tax has signed joint cooperation agreement with Federal Tax Service of Russia, this agreement came as cooperation in tax management field.  

The agreement was signed by the Governor of the General Authority of Zakat and Tax, H.E. Eng. Suhail Abanmi, and Mr. Dimitri Gregornko Deputy Commissioner for Federal Tax Service of Russia. The agreement aims to support the continuous development of the work of the Authority to contribute to the realization of its objectives. It comes as an effort to keep pace with all aspects of cooperation and exchange of knowledge, studies, research, expertise, and training, as well as to take advantage of the technical and human resources in the field of tax management with Federal Tax Service of Russia. 

This agreement comes within the framework of strengthening several aspects in the field of tax and contribute to the development of tax operations to achieve common goals between the two sides.
