The land, sea, and air ports continued their efforts to welcome and serve the guests of Allah who were entering the Kingdom, with integrated capabilities that focused on operating the integrated customs services system with high efficiency.

The Authority noted that through its operational plan during the Hajj season, it hopes to accomplish effective cooperation and ongoing coordination with the relevant authorities to serve pilgrims, as well as to combine efforts and achieve complementary work. The Authority also claimed that it seeks to simplify the procedures for pilgrims with a strict customs control policy which is utilized to ensure that the Hajj season is not being used to attempt to smuggle anything that may threaten the Kingdom and its capabilities.​

It is worth mentioning that the Authority pursues to offer pilgrims the best customs services. This is in line with the objectives of the wise leadership, which include making it easier for the guests of Allah to enter the Kingdom and offering them all services necessary for their safe departure.
