The General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) received a student delegation from the Islamic Economics Department of the Faculty of Shari'ah in the Islamic University in Medina on Monday 4/4/1438 AH, 2/1/2017 G.
The delegation was received by Mr. Mansoor bin Mohammed Al-Mohya (Program and Follow-up Department), Dr. Bassam bin Abdulrahman Al-Ammar (Legal Department) and Mr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Hawizi (Program and Follow-up Department).
The meeting covered the history of the Authority, its development, objectives and roles, and the regulations concerning Zakat and Tax. Questions and inquiries posed by the delegation were also answered.
