تطبيق نظام الارشفة بفرع المصلحة بالأحساء

General Manager of the General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) branch in Al-Ahsa Mr. Fouad Al-Melhem launched the e-archiving system at the branch on Wednesday 18/11/1436 AH. He inspected the course of work, the team distribution and the application mechanism of the archiving system.

In the beginning of the training, a workshop facilitated by Mr. Khalid Al Jelaify was held in presence of the branch’s General Manager, Archiving Supervisor Mr. Imad Al-Khawaja and all teams that will be responsible for the archiving, sorting and scanning operations.

The workshop covered the importance of following up the quality of work, which will be automatically carried out for any archived inputs.

Using the (iT-Ahsa) phone technology was used to establish a technical connection between Al-Ahsa and Riyadh, Manager of the electronic archiving department Mr. Abdullah Al Humaidi said, pointing out that two workshops were held remotely.

The two workshops covered all methods of work after the e-archiving system is in operation. Then, the employees’ comments and inquiries were answered and all the suggestions were recorded, Al Humaidi noted.

He labeled the workshop as fruitful and positive, stressing that the application of the system in Al-Ahsa came only after acquiring the experience that will help ease any future application of the system in any other GAZT branch. The Archiving department will speed up the application processes in the remaining branches to keep up with GAZT’s electronic development plan.

For his part, Mr. Al-Melhem expressed happiness for successfully applying the e-archiving system in the branch, considering it a paradigm shift in the GAZT electronic transaction system.
