The General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) branch in Ta’if took part in the GCC Traffic Week which opened on Sunday 17 Jumada Al Awla at King Faisal Park in Ta'if, held under the slogan "Your Decision Determines Your Fate". The pavilion, which GAZT shared with several governmental departments, was visited by HE the Governor of Ta'if Fahad bin Mo'amer and the delegation accompanying him. He was received by the Branch Director Mr. Naif Al Fadli who thanked HE the Governor and the Ta'if Traffic Department for affording GAZT the opportunity to take part in this exhibition and convey its message to the public.
The pavilion contained a display to play the film Maseera wa Namaa (Journey and Development), as well as public awareness messages and messages directed at taxpayers about GAZT’s goals and its procedures in collecting tax from businessmen and depositing the Zakat amount in the account of the Social Security Deputyship at the Ministry of Social Affairs.
