Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) announces the offering of public tenders (open auction) for leasing several residential lands at Al-Rub' Al-Khali border crossing, in accordance with the established terms and conditions and as per the Government Tenders and Procurement Law on leasing and investing in real estate.

The offered Activities

(Residential - 1444/120) Residential lands for the private sector, with a total of 110 plots. Each unit is 20 x 20 m².

(Residential - 1444/162) Residential lands for contractors, with a total of 162 units.

Each unit is 25 x 20m².
