| Activating and operating the behavioral interventions unit | The current project aims to complete the work for the establishment of the Behavioral Interventions Unit (the intervention unit), provide experts to design and present use cases according to a plan in the Authority's strategy, and launch new use cases through which the intervention (Izjaa) unit team in the Authority will be supported.
The project focuses on four main areas:
First area: The use cases through which successful interventions will be scaled up from a sample of 100 to a larger group include the possibility of re-validating the analysis, confirming behavioral factors, defining the sample, and launching a wider pilot phase.
The second area: Supporting the launch of use cases in Phase Two; with regard to Phase Two which includes launching use cases that were designed previously, and coordinating with stakeholders on the launch phases and measuring results.
Third area: Assisting in expanding the Behavioral Interventions/Initiatives Unit team through operational processes, supporting the inclusion of new team members, and integrating behavioral interventions into executive committee sessions during organizational performance analysis.
Fourth area: Developing behavioral visualization tools for target groups in behavioral intervention cases that support decision-makers in the organization by extracting insights at the strategic and operational levels.
The tools contain the following:
1- Periodic analysis of behaviors; to identify changes in user patterns and prevailing trends that may affect key performance indicators.
2- Predicting potential problems and taking the necessary preventive measures before they occur.
3- Supporting decision-makers in the authority to make decisions, in addition to adapting to the changing behavior of taxpayers.
