The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) announces an available business opportunity for institutions in the private sector and non-profit sector to operate spaces within its headquarters, to provide light and pre-prepared food services, specialty coffee, juices, and other through sales booths or vending machines.
Terms
3D design for the targeted space for operation from (9m2) to (12m2) approximately.
Profile of the company or institution that outlines the services it aims to offer.
Submitting food and beverages price list.
Submitting a commitment letter complying with ZATCA's instructions, adhering to official working hours, and maintaining the cleanliness.
A valid commercial registration, licenses, and documents, and submitting Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Certification, (Municipality Certification) Balady Certificate, and the required health certificates.
Having at least five branches under the trade name in the main cities.
Submitting proof of at least 5 years of experience in the same field of brand excellence and reputation in the market.
Submit proof if the institution had previously operated in a government headquarters.
Submitting specialized professional certificates for the work team in the field of the services provided.
Commitment of maintaining a proper appearance, High level of training for the workers.
Submit a list of the local food used (preferably local products).
Offer requests that requires providing heavy cooking equipment in the headquarters will not be accepted.
