In reference to the circular issued by the President of the General Court of Audit No. (20722) dated 9 Rabi' al-Thani 1442 AH, which refers to Cabinet Resolution No. (51) dated 8 Muharram 1441 AH, stipulating that the General Court of Audit undertake field inspections and auditing tasks on government warehouses, including the procedures to be followed for the sale of returned warehouse items.

Based on Article (19) of the Rules and Procedures for Government Warehouses, we hereby attach the statement of returned furniture, equipment, and vehicles for the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) at (Al-Mughrazat General Administration – Jubail Port Customs – King Fahd Airport Customs in Dammam – Al-Haditha Port Customs – King Abdullah Port Customs in Rabigh).
