Tax Residency Certificate This is an e-service that allows individuals residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to issue Tax Residency Certificates (TRC), in accordance with the Saudi Income Tax Law or other agreements to avoid double taxation on nationals of countries that constitute a party of such agreements, to be exempt from income tax. The service also allows users to about the status of certificate issuance and the result of the request.

Deregistration of the Tax Identification Number (TIN) is an e-service that allows users to deregister their TIN if their business is no longer eligible to pay Zakat or taxes in KSA. This covers deregistration of Zakat and all other taxes, which indicates that uses have ceased to carry out any economic activity and/or cease to exist as a legal entity. Upon cancellation of the Commercial Register, the TIN will be automatically deactivated in certain cases.
