Tax Residency Certificate
This is an e-service that allows individuals residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to issue Tax Residency Certificates (TRC), in accordance with the Saudi Income Tax Law or other agreements to avoid double taxation on nationals of countries that constitute a party of such agreements, to be exempt from income tax. The service also allows users to about the status of certificate issuance and the result of the request.

A person who owns a permanent residence is allowed to stay in the Kingdom for 30 days, while those who do not have a permanent residence (whether connected or dispersed) are allowed to stay for 183 days.

A valid passport.

Tax Ruling Request

This service allows you to submit tax ruling requests to ZATCA in order to get an opinion on the interpretation of the provisions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's tax laws and regulations (VAT, CIT, and Withholding Tax) and the mechanism of their application to transactions related to the applicant's activity, in accordance with the conditions and controls specified in the Tax Ruling Request Guideline.
