Tax Residency Certificate This is an e-service that allows individuals residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to issue Tax Residency Certificates (TRC), in accordance with the Saudi Income Tax Law or other agreements to avoid double taxation on nationals of countries that constitute a party of such agreements, to be exempt from income tax. The service also allows users to about the status of certificate issuance and the result of the request.
