​The Implementing Regulation for Zakat Collection (1445 H), issued by the Minister of Finance's Decision No. (1007) dated 19/8/1445 H.

This regulation replaces the previous regulation issued by the decision of H.E. the Minister of Finance No. (2216) dated 7/7/1440 H, and its amendments, and all previous decisions, instructions and circulars related to the collection of zakat, and cancels any provisions that contradict them - according to the details contained in the ministerial decision - and applies to the financial years starting after 1/1/2024.​​​
