The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) announced the opening of the admission for the third edition of "Ameen" program, today, April 10, 2022. The Program welcomes Saudi university graduates only.
The Authority declared that third edition of Ameen program is a one-year training program focused on building and developing the cognitive and skill capabilities of trainees in the basic knowledge of customs science, and enhancing their knowledge in the areas of customs work, where trainees receive 12 months of qualification, including theoretical and practical training at customs ports.
The Authority indicated that admission is open to only bachelor degree holders in any discipline. Admission has specific conditions and standards, most notably is that the applicant holds a bachelor's degree with GPA not less than 2.5 out of 4 or 3.5 out of 5 and that the applicant is not employed or associated with any educational programs. Applicants must also possess good manners, and no more than 25 years old at the time of application.
The Authority also clarified that applicants must pass an interview, tests, medical examination, and the accreditation and auditing phases, stressing that the admission will be based on the fittest applicant. Trainees will receive benefits, including a monthly salary, housing allowance and transportation, as well as medical insurance.
The Authority also stated that admissions are now available on its website (zatca.gov.sa) and the deadline for application is April 19, 2022.
