The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) concluded its participation in the fourth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, held under the theme "A Passage to Nusuk," under the generous patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may Allah protect him - and organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with Pilgrim Experience Program in Jeddah January 13 to 16, 2025.

ZATCA's participation by its booth at the accompanying exhibition highlighted its role in several initiatives and services offered in the course of serving the pilgrims. This includes the " Hajj Without Luggage" initiative, which ZATCA is working on in collaboration with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. This initiative aims to save time and effort for the pilgrims by simplifying customs procedures upon their arrival in Saudi Arabia, contributes to the improvement of service quality provided to guests, enhances comfort, and achieves the highest safety standards. ZATCA was also honored during the event as one of the partners distinguished in the services for the pilgrims.

Additionally, ZATCA showcased its efforts to facilitate the journey of the pilgrims through the customs services provided at its land, sea, and air ports, aligning with the aspirations of the wise leadership to facilitate the entry of the pilgrims and provide them with all services from their arrival in the Kingdom until their safe departure to their countries.

The participation of ZATCA comes as part of its commitment to enhancing communication with stakeholders at events, exhibitions, and conferences specialized in zakat, tax, and customs fields.
