The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has confirmed that that it shall continue to provide its services during Eid Al Fitr holiday 1443 H in all its land, sea and air ports. The move is decided to ensure the execution of all the customs procedures for the entire imports and exports during the holiday. It also ensures the completion of customs procedures of all the arriving and departing vehicles, in order to facilitate trade exchange and ensure the smooth and flexible flow of imports and exports without affecting the period of completion of customs procedures relating to goods clearance.
The decision reflects the Authority's interest to continue customs operations in all aspects without any interruption, which helps with the provision of goods to consumers and advance the national economy.
On the other hand, ZATCA indicated that the business sector taxpayers may perform all their zakat and tax services using the e-portal (zatca.gov.sa) within the integrated e-services that are provided to all the establishments in order to facilitate the performance of their zakat, tax and customs obligations, and simplify the procedures for their access to service.
In addition, the Authority has encouraged taxpayers to take use of ZATCA App, which provides access to a variety of core and ancillary services across the Authority's entire zakat, tax, and customs operations.
In the meantime, ZATCA invites taxpayers who wish to learn more about the zakat, tax and customs services to reach out via its 24/7 call center hotline (19993), the Customer Care Twitter account (@Zatca_care), via e-mail (info@zatca.gov.sa), or by instant messages on ZATCA's website (zatca.gov.sa).
