Eng. Suhail bin Mohammed Abanmi, the Governor of ZATCA, sponsored the first graduation ceremony of Promising Leaders Program (PLP) offered by ZATCA to its employees in cooperation with INSEAD Business School.

30 ZATCA's employees have graduated from the 4-month PLP which consists of three stages; the first stage focused on leadership, the second stage focused on digital strategy, while the third stage focused on preparation of projects and workshops. PLP also included quizzes and practice as well as educational videos and presentations and projects to ensure the practical application.

PLP, implemented in cooperation with INSEAD, is a development program offered by ZATCA to its distinguished employees to qualify them to be promising leaders at the leadership and technical aspects. PLP was developed and designed in line with ZATCA's strategy (2021-2024).​
