Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority invited taxpayers from the business sector subject to Value Added Tax to submit their tax returns for the last September and the third quarter of 2021, before 31st of October.
The Authority encouraged taxpayers to hastily submit their tax returns via the website (zacta.gov.sa) to avoid the filing fee for late submissions, which is 5% minimum and 25% maximum of the unsettled tax.
In addition, the Authority invited taxpayers from the business sector who desire to view more information about the VAT to contact the Authority through the unified number (19993) that works 24 hours a week, Ask Zakat and Tax account on Twitter (@zatca_Care), e-mail (info@zatca.gov.sa), or through the Live Chat via the website (zatca.gov.sa).
It is worth mentioning that VAT is one of the tax regulations enforceable in the Kingdom, which is an indirect tax imposed on all goods and services that are bought and sold by establishments with some exceptions.
