 GAZT Achieves an Advanced Level in the International Index for Projects Management Maturity Model (P3M3)

GAZT achieved level 4 out of 5 in the Portfolio, Program, and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3) introduced by “Axelos", the British organization that is internationally reputed for projects management. This rating aims to measure the maturity of projects management in terms of methodologies, procedures and operations to locate gaps and develop suggested plans in order to improve performance.

His Excellency Mr. Suhail Bin Mohammed Abanmi the Governor of GAZT had expressed his happiness about this achievement that resulted from GAZT commitment toward implementing best practices when it comes to managing its projects to ensure the highest efficiency standards in timely manner. He emphasized that the continuous development of GAZT performance and projects aims to raising the services provided  to taxpayers in Saudi Arabia up to the highest standards along with providing taxpayers with all resources and tools that enable them to fulfil and comply with their Zakat and tax commitments.

Mr. Mohannad Bin Ahmed Basodan the Deputy Governor for Strategy and Development had expressed his deepest gratitude to all GAZT staff for their proficiency that led to this achievement that was preceded by continuous development effort rewarded with rating GAZT as one of the top organizations for achieving level 4 of P3M3 which is higher than the average international performance for governmental organizations that doesn't exceed level 2.5, and higher than the average local performance for 172 organizations that doesn't exceed level 2.75. Less than 15% of the competing organizations had achieved level 4.

Mr. Riyadh Nasser Al-Mohawes the Director of Strategy and Projects Management emphasized that this certificate is a new accomplishment among so many achievements that GAZT has been awarded by reputed international organizations. This rating shows the maturity of GAZT projects managements in terms of 7 aspects: Organisational Governance, Management Control, Benefits Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Resource Management and Financal Management.​
