A reference to the circular of H.E the Chief of the General Court of Audit No. 20722 dated 09/04/1442 AH, referred to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No.51 dated 08/01/1441 AH, which includes that the General Court of Audit shall assume the tasks of field control, inspection of government warehouses, and the procedures to be followed to sell returned goods.

According to Article (19) of the Rules and Procedures of Government Warehouses
