ID number

Customs Broker Authorization

This service allows importers or exporters (whether traders or non-traders) to delegate a customs broker at a specific customs port to handle their customs procedures. The authorization can be specified for import only, export only, or both. For traders (importers and exporters), the authorization can be for a single use or multiple uses, while for non-traders, the authorization is limited to a single use only.

Log in to the FASAH platform
Navigate to the service page on the platform
Fill in the required fields

An active account on the FASAH platform
Customs broker's license number
Duration of authorization

Customs Declaration Inquiry

This service allows beneficiaries to access information about a customs declaration, including declaration details and associated fees.

Steps:

Access the website
Navigate to the "Customs Declaration Inquiry" page
Search using declaration or bill of lading information
Fill in the required fields
Enter the verification code
Click "Search"

Requirements:

Specify the customs port

Customs Duty Refund Request

Steps:

Access the service via the website
Log in to the platform
Fill out the form and attach the required data and documents
You will receive a notification confirming receipt of the request

Requirements:

Payment of the customs declaration duties
Submission of all documents supporting the eligibility for refund

Request for Objection to Reassessment

This service allows you to submit an objection to collection and penalty decisions, and rejected refund requests.

Select "Customs"
Select "Customs Objections"

Requirements:

An objection memo explaining the reasons for the objection
Supporting documents for the objection
