Taxpayers have the option to get E-invoicing services from any company, as  long as the Solution used by the taxpayer complies to E-invoicing requirements. ZATCA considers any taxpayer who meets the requirements to be compliant, even if the Solution Provider is not included in the Solution Providers Directory.Below is an indicative list of Solution Providers (SPs) on ZATCA’s website who have passed ZATCA’s qualification process and criteria applicable to the different phases of the E-invoicing implementation journey. Phase 1 This indicates Phase 1 qualified Solution Providers who have met the specific criteria that apply to Phase 1 (Generation Phase) compliance requirements. 

Phase 2 This indicates Phase 2 qualified Solution Providers who have met the specific criteria that apply to Phase 2 (Integration Phase) compliance requirements; and hence, also met the specific criteria applicable to Phase 1 (Generation Phase) compliance requirements too.
