Mr. Tariq bin Hamad Al-Jarba has been serving as the Vice Governor of Security Affairs at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) since September 2024. 

He holds a distinguished academic background in law, having earned a Master of Science degree in Comparative Law from the University of Pittsburgh, USA, in 2013, a Diploma in Criminal Science in 2004, and a B.S. Degree from College of Shari‘ah from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in 2001. 

Over the course of his career, Mr. Al-Jarba has held several prominent positions. These include serving as General Manager of Review and Appeals, Acting General Manager of Customs Investigations, Member of the Zakat and Tax Settlements Committee, Chairman of the Complaints and Grievances Committee at ZATCA, and a Member of the Public Prosecution across various prosecution departments.​​
