Mr. Hijer bin Daham Al-Badrani currently serves as the Vice Governor of IT and Digitization. He brings 21 years of extensive experience in formulating and implementing business strategies in the telecommunications and tax sectors. 

Mr. Al-Badrani held several leadership positions through his career, including leading and developing several technical and non-technical teams, as well as several leadership positions within ZATCA, most notable the General Manager of Information technology (IT), General Manager of IT Infrastructure. Furthermore, he held the role of General Manager of Governance and Asset Management at Saudi Telecom Company (stc), alongside other administrative positions within stc.  

On the academic level, Mr. Al-Badrani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
