​​​​Mr. Sultan is currently the Advisor and Director of the Studies and Analysis Department for Legislation and Policies at the Ministry of Investment, and has held several leadership positions in local organizations in the public and private sectors, including: Director of the Regional Competitiveness, Reporting and Regional Studies Department at the Ministry of Investment, Director of Media and Banking Awareness at the Saudi Banks Committee, Head of Business Administration Sector at BAE Systems, and Head of Government and Foreign Relations, Information Analysis and Studies.

Khaja holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Greenwich - London, UK, and a master's degree in business administration from EDIC University in France, in addition to many internal and external training courses in various fields.​
