Waleed bin Khalid Al-Radhian

​Waleed bin Khalid Al-Radhian is currently Executive Vice President of the National Competitiveness Center (NCC) and has contributed to its establishment and the organizational structure and the development of policies, regulations, and procedures, oversaw the development of detailed plans for the implementation of more than (500) economic reform assigned to the relevant government entities and provide advice and support to ensure the quality of the performance of reforms.

Al-Radhian holds many positions, including General Manager of the General Directorate of Implementation at the General Investment Authority, Manager of the National Program Project to Enhance Competitiveness, and has more than 16 years of experience.

Al-Radhian​ holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University, as well as many professional courses from universities and international centers, such as the London Business School (LBS), The Institute for Management Development (IMD), and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).​​​
