Mr. Saud bin Hadi Al-Braik is the Deputy Minister of Finance for Public Revenues, he leads the deputyship responsible for developing the Kingdom’s revenue policies across all sectors, planning and analyzing annual revenue performance, promoting non-oil revenue growth, and enhancing collection mechanisms in alignment with international best practices.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Al-Braik has an extensive background in finance, accounting, financial oversight, and digital transformation. His career began at Al Rajhi Bank, where he served as Director of Business Support for Budget and Planning. He later moved to the Capital Market Authority, where he rose to several positions until he was appointed Director of Budget and Financial Reporting.
After his tenure at the Capital Market Authority, Mr. Al-Braik joined the Ministry of Finance in 2017, where he held several key roles, including General Director of the General Accounts Department, Assistant Deputy Minister for General Accounts and Reports, and Assistant Deputy Minister for Financial Control. He currently serves as Deputy Minister for Public Revenues.
Mr. Al-Braik holds a Master's degree in Executive Business Administration (EMBA) from King Abdulaziz University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University.
