His Excellency-Lieutenant-General. Nasser bin Ali Al-Sikhan currently serves as Deputy Chief of State Security for Human Resources. He had held many other important posts during his professional career, including Director of the General Directorate of Military Affairs at the General Intelligence Directorate, Director of the Officers Affairs Department at the Ministry of Interior, and Head of the Officers Affairs Department at the Special Security Forces. He also was assigned to work at the Embassy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Italy and to accompany His Royal Highness (HRH), the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Italy and Malta. He was assigned to accompany HRH, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Al-Sikhan serves as a board member in the Saudi Customs, and he is a member of the Higher Officers Committee of the State Security, the Preparatory Committee of the Military Service Council, and was also appointed as President of the Officers Subcommittee at the Ministry of Interior until the establishment of the Presidency of State Security. Al-Sikhan has also received many awards and medals, including the 4th Class King Abdulaziz Medal, 1st Class Military Appreciation Medal, Prince Nayef Medal for Security Excellence, Order of Leadership.
H.E. holds a bachelor's degree in Security Sciences from King Fahd Security College and a Higher Diploma in Administrative Leadership from the Higher Institute for Security Studies at King Fahd Security College. He also attended many courses, including Leadership Training Course at the Higher Institute for Security Studies at King Fahd Security College, Diplomatic Behavior Course at the Institute of Diplomatic Studies, Strategic Leadership Course in Singapore, Future Leadership Development Course at the Institute of Public Administration.
