H.E. Mohammed Bin Muhanna Al-Muhanna currently holds the position of Deputy Minister of Interior for Security Affairs. H.E Al-Muhanna has a broad scope of experience obtained from his work in the Intelligence Department. He held 12 different leading positions and was awarded numerous medals, recognitions, and certificates of appreciation. He also took part in several conferences and committees. He headed an investigation for the stampede case in Mashaar Mina, Mecca, in addition to the committee appointed by Royal decree to prepare a regularly updated list of terrorist and radical organizations and a Board Member of the General Customs Authority.
H.E. holds a master's degree in criminal science from the University of New Haven in the USA and a bachelor of arts in archeology from King Saud University. He also completed several courses, including a course for preparing university officers at the Naif Academy for National Security, a crisis management course at the Higher Institute for Security Studies at the King Fahd Security College, and a course in the political war in the People's Republic of China.
